Japan Regulators Reportedly Consider Disciplinary Action Against Futu's Brokerage Unit Moomoo
2026-06-05 17:32:12 Japan's market regulators are weighing disciplinary action against the local brokerage subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited (FUTU.US), citing a series of issues including failure to properly identify suspicious transactions, Nikkei reported. In a statement, Japan's Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission said that the Financial Services Agency should take administrative action against Moomoo Securities in order to rectify the deficiencies.
