ZTE Jumps Up 6.6% on Partnership w/ TENCENT to Launch WorkBuddy AI Cloud PC Powered by Hunyuan Model
2026-06-04 10:01:31 ZTE (00763.HK) has entered into a deep strategic partnership with TENCENT (00700.HK) to launch an AI cloud PC equipped with Tencent-native WorkBuddy, according to IT Home. The product will integrate Tencent Cloud's computing power and the capabilities of the Hunyuan large model, positioning itself as a next-generation productivity tool for students, professionals and small teams. Last year, ZTE's cloud PC terminal sales exceeded 2 million units, ranking first in China's cloud terminal market for two years in a row. TENCENT's share price moved lower with the broader market today (4th), last at HKD458.2, down 1.76%, with 8.166 million shares traded, involving HKD3.769 billion.
