AAC TECH Completes R&D Trial Production of MEMS Piezoelectric Active Cooling Chip, Expects Mass Shipments in Early 2027
2026-05-29 09:54:56 AAC TECH (02018.HK) announced that its CoolFan series active cooling chip products, based on key MEMS piezoelectric thin-film technology, completed R&D trial production and entered the small-scale pilot production stage. The company expects to achieve large-scale mass production and shipments in early 2027. The product can be widely applied in AI smartphones, smartwatches, XR glasses and various AI-powered smart terminal scenarios. Currently, AAC TECH has been collaborating with leading industry clients to jointly define specifications for MEMS piezoelectric fan products. The product performance has received positive feedback from multiple customers and is undergoing whole-device scenario validation. Key client project products are expected to be launched in the market in 1H27. Meanwhile, the company is working with multiple emerging AI hardware terminal manufacturers to explore additional application scenarios such as XR and robotic dexterous hands.
