A total of 73.849 million H shares of the Company were purchased, representing 0.408% of the total share capital of the Company. The aggregate transaction amount was RMB4 billion and the average transaction price was approximately RMB54.54 per share. The source of funds for the abovementioned share purchase was from the remuneration payable to employees.
