Fliggy: 110K+ Hotels Connected to Hotel Merchant AI Assistant
2026-05-20 11:51:02 Fliggy, a subsidiary of BABA-W (09988.HK), officially launched its Hotel Merchant AI Assistant, which is now available free of charge to all hotels on the platform. The move is equivalent to enabling each hotel to "hire" an AI operations specialist that works online around the clock. More than 110,000 hotels have so far connected to the Fliggy Hotel Merchant AI Assistant.
