2026-05-14 17:58:04 ALI HEALTH (00241.HK) announced that with effect from close of business on May 15 (today): Sheng Mengyue has been appointed as an executive Director and chief financial officer; and Tu Yanwu has tendered his resignation as an executive Director and chief financial officer. Sheng joined Alibaba Group in December 2019.
