Trip.com Data: Animation Expo Can Motivate HK Tourism Econ

The upcoming Hong Kong Comic Con 2026, to be held at the Convention and Exhibition Centre, has successfully lured a large number of fans from Mainland China and SE Asia. Based on Trip.com's ticketing data, more than 80% of ticket buyers are from Gen Z and the millennial generation, with females accounting for over 80%, indicating that the appeal of animation among young people and women drifts higher.
