Cerebras (CBRS.US) Becomes World's Largest IPO This Yr, Raising USD5.55B
2026-05-14 10:28:57 AI chipmaker Cerebras Systems (CBRS.US) has priced its IPO at USD185 per share, above the previously announced range of USD150-160 per share, raising USD5.55 billion and temporarily becoming the world's largest IPO this year. According to documents filed by Cerebras, the pricing values the company at approximately USD40 billion.
