Aistaland Completes Capital Increase of RMB1B+, Introduces CATL and Bosch
2026-05-13 10:02:25 Aistaland has completed a capital increase of over RMB1 billion, introducing investments from CATL (03750.HK), an investment platform under Bosch, as well as multiple state-owned and central state-owned enterprise capital entities, Chinese media reported. Prior to this capital increase, Aistaland's only shareholders were GAC GROUP (02238.HK) and GAC Aion, holding approximately 71.43% and 28.57% stakes, respectively. Upon completion of this round of capital increase, Aistaland is now jointly held by its original shareholders, external investors and an employee shareholding platform. The combined stake of the original shareholders, GAC GROUP and GAC Aion, has been diluted to approximately 70%, while they retain controlling status.
