CH FRONTIER TEC (01661.HK) announced that it has agreed to acquire a 49% equity interest in Ningbo Qihe from an independent third party.

Ningbo Qihe is principally engaged in the research and development, production and trading of functional materials. The cash consideration is RMB19.6 million.
