CKH Series of Companies To Hold EGM Next Mon on Sale of UKPN
2026-04-23 09:48:12 CKH series of companies will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on April 27 (next Monday) to vote on the proposed disposal of UKPN, according to Ming Pao. CKH HOLDINGS (00001.HK), CK ASSET (01113.HK), CKI HOLDINGS (01038.HK) and POWER ASSETS (00006.HK) each issued shareholder circulars. The independent financial advisers appointed by the four companies all recommended that the independent board committees advise shareholders to vote in favor of the resolution. CKH expects that it will recognize a disposal gain of approximately HKD14.5 billion from CKI's 40% interest in UKPN.
