For loan amounts exceeding HKD5 million, the rebate threshold has surpassed 1%, reaching up to 1.2%, making it the first major bank to break the 1% rebate threshold. BOCHK has recently raised the rebate for loan amounts above HKD5 million, with rates increasing progressively from 1.05% to 1.2% depending on the loan size.
