MAO GEPING Leases Entire Floor at Overseas Trust Bank Building to Open Makeup School: Rumor
2026-04-16 15:21:03 Mao Geping Make-Up Education (Hong Kong) Limited, a makeup school under Chinese beauty brand MAO GEPING (01318.HK), has recently leased the entire 26th floor of Overseas Trust Bank Building in Wan Chai. This floor spans a gross floor area of around 7,344 square feet. Based on the building's current market rent of about HKD20 per square foot, the monthly rent is estimated to be nearly HKD150,000.
