CN Mar 70-City Home Prices Down 3.4% YoY, Steepest Drop in 10 Mths: Reuters Calculation
2026-04-16 11:19:16 The price index of new commercial residential properties in 70 large and medium-sized cities in Mainland China in March shed 3.4% YoY, marking the largest downfall in 10 months; on an MoM basis, it edged down 0.2%, the smallest drop in 10 months, according to Reuters calculations based on data released by the National Bureau of Statistics.
