HINSANG GROUP Suspends Chairman癒礎s Duties & Powers Following His Criminal Detention by CN Public Security Bureau
2026-04-16 08:56:47 HINSANG GROUP (06893.HK) became aware yesterday (15th) that Pang Siu Hin, the chairman, the chief executive officer and an executive director of the Company, is currently being held in criminal custody by the Public Security Bureau in China, as announced by HINSANG GROUP. The Board understands that the relevant authority is conducting their inquiries and Pang will be seeking legal advice in relation to the matter. Based on the information currently available to the Board, the alleged matter does not involve the Company or any of its subsidiaries, nor does it relate to the operations, business activities or financial affairs of the Group. The Company does not expect this matter to have any material adverse impact on the operations or financial position of the Group. The Company has resolved to suspend all duties and powers of Pang with immediate effect until further notice.
