The unit sold is Flat A, 6/F, Tower 1, with a saleable area of 2,093 sq ft, offering a four-bedroom layout with three en-suites. The transaction amount exceeded HKD118 million, with a price of HKD56,484 per sq ft. This marks the fourth transaction above HKD100 million for the project within three months since its launch as completed flats.
