DBS Acquires 6 Floors at The Center for HKD2.5B, Set to Become Major Owner: Rumor
2026-04-13 14:51:01 Market sources said DBS Bank has splashed more than HKD2.5 billion to acquire six office floors at The Center from SHIMAO GROUP (00813.HK)'s founder Hui Wing Mau or related parties. This deal involved entire floors on 31/F, 32/F, 36/F, 37/F, and 76/F, as well as part of 56/F, totaling around 150,000 square feet, making it the largest commercial building transaction YTD.
