FOSUN INTL Considers Selling 20.45% Stake in BCP: Report
2026-04-10 16:21:54 FOSUN INTL (00656.HK) is considering selling its 20.45% stake in Banco Comercial Portugues (BCP) to strengthen fundraising and streamline its investment portfolio, according to foreign media reports. It is understood that FOSUN INTL no longer regards BCP, Portugal's largest listed bank, as a strategic investment. It began reducing its stake in BCP about two years ago.
