Taobao Instant Commerce Launches New 'Relay Food Delivery' Model, Implemented in 20+ Cities Nationwide
2026-04-09 15:36:19 Targeting locations where food delivery is difficult to pick up or drop off, such as complexes, hospital campuses and large communities, Taobao Instant Commerce has taken the lead in the industry in launching a new 'Relay Food Delivery' model. Through segmented collaboration and dedicated personnel for pickup and delivery, the initiative aims to resolve the most challenging 100 meters of food delivery. Currently, the project has been implemented at nearly 100 sites across more than 20 cities across China, including Hangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Chengdu and Guiyang.
