KNOWLEDGE ATLAS Proposes Adoption of Share Award Scheme
2026-03-31 18:32:19 KNOWLEDGE ATLAS (02513.HK) proposed the adoption of the Share Award Scheme to promote its long-term sustainable development, attract and retain Eligible Participants who have contributed to the long-term growth and success of the Group, align the incentives of recipients, Shareholders and the Company and optimize the incentive structure of the Company. The grant of Awards shall be satisfied by (i) H Shares purchased by the Trustee on the secondary market and/or (ii) new H Shares to be issued by the Company. Adoption of the Share Award Scheme is subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions: (i) the passing of an ordinary resolution by the Shareholders at the AGM to approve and adopt the Share Award Scheme; (ii) and the listing committee of the Stock Exchange granting approval of the listing of, and permission to deal in, any H Shares to be allotted and issued in respect of the Awards granted under the Share Award Scheme. ~ AASTOCKS Financial News Website: www.aastocks.com | |
