US Reportedly Has No Immediate Plans for Ground Invasion of Iran

Sources indicate that these forces could be used to evacuate US citizens and help create strategic ambiguity. US President Donald Trump still retains the possibility of changing this decision. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the US can achieve its objectives without deploying ground forces, but the military deployment provides greater policy flexibility.
