CN SAMR Holds Fair Competition Forum, Joined by CATL, BYD, MEITUAN
2026-03-26 18:29:53 China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) announced that it held the first fair competition forum of 2026 today (26th), focusing on the theme of "Regulating Corporate Competition Behavior and Building a Healthy Competitive Ecosystem for Enterprises Going Global". The forum involved in-depth discussions with responsible representatives from China Minmetals, China State Construction, CATL (03750.HK), BYD COMPANY (01211.HK), CHERY AUTO (09973.HK), Didi (DIDIY.US), and MEITUAN-W (03690.HK), among others, to gather opinions and suggestions. Meng Yang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Administration, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
