Public cloud service revenue increased by 32.5% to RMB6.634 billion. Gross profit was RMB1.503 billion, up 12.1%. The loss narrowed from RMB1.967 billion in the previous year to RMB936 million. According to non-GAAP financial metrics, the full-year adjusted EBITDA was RMB2.336 billion, growing by 265.7%, with the adjusted EBITDA margin rising from 8.2% to 24.4%. The adjusted operating loss narrowed by RMB1.52 billion from RMB431 million in the previous year. Li Yi, CFO of KINGSOFT CLOUD, stated that revenue growth accelerated to 23.7% in the fourth quarter of last year, reaching RMB2.761 billion, with public cloud service revenue significantly growing by 34.9% to RMB1.902 billion. The intelligent cloud business billing revenue for this quarter reached RMB926 million, up 95%. Adjusted EBITDA profit was RMB785 million, increasing by 118.3%, with the adjusted EBITDA profit margin rising by 12.3 percentage points to 28.4%, mainly due to improved cost and expense control. Notably, the group achieved adjusted operating profit for two consecutive quarters, recording a profit of RMB54.6 million, compared to RMB24.4 million and RMB15.4 million in the same period last year and the previous quarter, respectively.
