Currently, there is no fixed dividend payout ratio, and shareholder loans can be viewed as internal financing allocation within the Group, reflecting ongoing shareholder support. Such loans have no repayment deadline, and interest needs to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Citi Research raised its 2026 earnings forecast for the Company by 2.4%, while lowering its 2027-2028 earnings forecasts for the Company by 7-9%. Meanwhile, the broker reduced its 2026-2028 DPS forecasts for the Company by 16%, maintaining the target net asset value (NAV) per share forecast at 40%.
