Oil Prices Slip 10% Amid Anticipation of Emergency Crude Oil Reserve Release

Oil prices tumbled 10% on Tuesday, as the market anticipated the release of emergency crude oil reserves to address supply disruptions caused by the Iran war.

New York oil futures for April delivery faded by 10% or USD9.5, at USD85.27. Brent oil futures for May delivery dropped USD9.8 or 9.9% to USD89.16.
