FORTUNE REIT (00778.HK) has announced its full-year results for the period ended December 2025.

Income available for distribution dropped by 0.07% YoY to HKD723 million, while the final distribution per unit reached HK16.81 cents. The full-year distribution per unit fell by 1% YoY to HK35.22 cents.
