2026-02-12 15:25:39 French luxury brand Hermes reported a 9.8% increase in revenue for 4Q25 at constant exchange rates, higher than the market consensus of 8.4%, driven by strong sales in the US and Japan markets. During the quarter, revenue in the US grew by 12.1%, exceeding the expected 9%, while revenue in Japan also rose by 11.2%. Executive Chairman Axel Dumas expressed confidence in 2026 business, and forecasted a product price hike of 5-6%, lower than last year's 6-7%. The slower increase is mainly due to exchange rate fluctuations. Hermes' full-year operating profit hiked by 6.8% YoY to EUR6.57 billion, with a profit margin of 41%, slightly ahead of the previous estimation of 40%. ~ AASTOCKS Financial News Website: www.aastocks.com | |
