2026-02-11 09:37:00 The HSI opened 63 points or 0.2% higher at 27,246. The HSCEI grew 15 points or 0.2% to 9,258. The HSTECH rose 11 points or 0.2% to 5,462. SENSETIME-W (00020.HK), HESAI-W (02525.HK), PONY-W (02026.HK), and YOFC (06869.HK) were added to the MSCI China Index. SENSETIME-W and HESAI-W opened up 2% and 7.5%. PONY-W also inched up 0.4%, but YOFC slipped 3.6%. SMIC (00981.HK) slid 2.4% at open. Although it logged a 60.7% YoY increase in last quarter's net profit, CLSA's report said its gross margin guidance of 18-20% for 1Q26 fell slightly below the market expectation of 20.9%. CHINA LIT (00772.HK) faded 4%. BIDU-SW (09888.HK) ticked up 1.2%. BABA-W (09988.HK) edged 0.5% higher at HKD161.3. Among other tech stocks, TENCENT (00700.HK) opened down 1.5% at HKD543. KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK), JD-SW (09618.HK), and BIDU-SW (09888.HK) gained 0.9-1.3%. BILIBILI-W (09626.HK) rallied 1.9%. MEITUAN-W (03690.HK) ebbed 0.5%. NTES-S (09999.HK) was flat at HKD193. HUA HONG SEMI (01347.HK) added 0.5%. In the auto sector, BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) opened inclining 1.3%. NIO-SW (09866.HK) jumped 1.7%.
