CN NDRC Accelerates AI Promotion and Application in Bidding and Tendering

The document propounded to actively and steadily advance the application of AI in the bidding and tendering field, focusing on the entire process of bidding and tendering transactions and key management areas. The aim is to improve the paradigm of bidding and tendering, enhance the digital and intelligent level of services and supervision, and provide strong support for ensuring the fair and efficient allocation of public resources and regulating the order of the bidding and tendering market. The opinions also proposed that, by the end of 2026, key scenarios such as bid document detection, intelligent auxiliary evaluation, and collusion identification will achieve full coverage in some provinces and cities.
