2026-02-10 16:39:23 Notice is given that a meeting of a Board meeting of HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) will be held on 25 February to consider the announcement of the final results for the year ended 31 December 2025 and to consider the payment of a fourth interim dividend for 2025 on the ordinary shares, as announced by HSBC HOLDINGS.
