MTR: Overnight Service on CNY癒礎s Eve; More Frequent Train Trips on Some Lines in Evening on 1st, 2nd Day of CNY
2026-02-10 12:34:09 MTR CORPORATION (00066.HK) announced that, to facilitate public travel for festive celebrations during Chinese New Year (CNY), the company will enhance the service of a number of heavy rail lines during various periods starting from this Friday (13 February 2026) and during the CNY period, running more than 600 additional train trips. The enhancements include overnight service on CNY’s Eve (16 February) and running more frequent train trips on some of the lines in the evening on the First and Second Day of CNY, facilitating members of the public to enjoy the night parade and the fireworks display along Victoria Harbor.
