2026-01-29 09:10:29 HANS CNC (03200.HK), a manufacturer of specialized PCB equipment, is open for public subscription from today until 3 February. The Company plans to offer approx. 50.45 million H-shares, with 10% for the Hong Kong public offering. The maximum offer price is $95.8 per share, aiming to raise up to approx. $4.83 billion. The entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares will be around $9,676.6. The listing is expected to take place on 6 February. CICC is its sole sponsor.
