CHINA LIFE Pours RMB4B into Partnership Targeting Innovation Firms in AI/ Integrated Circuits/ Biopharmaceutical Sectors
2026-01-23 17:18:19 CHINA LIFE (02628.HK) announced that, together with Pudong Venture Capital, Guotou Leading, and China Life Infrastructure (each as a limited partner), it intends to enter into a partnership agreement with Chuangzhi Herui (as the general partner) and Lingzhiying Shanghai (as the special limited partner) for the formation of the partnership. The total capital contribution by all partners of the partnership will be RMB 5.052 billion, of which RMB4 billion will be contributed by CHINA LIFE. China Life Capital will serve as the manager of the partnership.
