CHINA HANKING Places Shrs at 18%+ Discount to Net HKD770M in Total
2026-01-22 08:38:01 CHINA HANKING (03788.HK) announced that it had inked a placement agreement with four subscribers, namely Zijin Global Fund, Luyin, Dongfang Gold, and Manna Lake. Under the agreement, CHINA HANKING will issue 43.96 million shares (around 1.96% of the enlarged share capital) at a price of HKD3.8 per share, a discount of around 18.28% to yesterday's closing price of HKD4.65. This placement is expected to net around HKD165 million. Moreover, CHINA HANKING intends to place a total of around 162 million new shares (around 7.23% of the enlarged share capital) to no fewer than six placees at a price of HKD3.8 per share.
