CPCA Expects Overall Car Mkt Sales This Yr to Remain Flat Compared to Last Yr's Domestic Retail Volume
2026-01-09 16:45:30 According to data from the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), China's retail sales of new energy passenger vehicles (NEV-PVs) reached 1.337 million units last December, a YoY increase of 2.6%, while the cumulative retail sales for last year were 12.809 million units, growing by 17.6%. In December, retail sales of conventional fuel passenger vehicles were 920,000 units, a YoY decrease of 30%. The cumulative retail sales for last year were 10.94 million units, a decrease of 9%.
