2026-01-05 12:43:54 The Hong Kong High Court has dismissed a winding-up petition against SUNAC (01918.HK) this morning (5th). Previously, SUNAC released an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that all conditions precedent for its full offshore debt restructuring have been fulfilled, and the effective date of the restructuring has been set on December 23, 2025. Its existing debts of around USD9.6 billion have been fully discharged and waived.
