SJM HOLDINGS Completes Acquisition of L'Arc Hotel, Receives Approval for Direct Operations of Casino L'Arc Macau by SJM Resorts
2025-12-29 09:10:00 SJM HOLDINGS (00880.HK)'s subsidiary, SJM Resorts, completed on 17 December the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Arc of Triumph Development, the owner of L'Arc Hotel, on the 17th of this month, according to SJM Resorts' announcement. Following the completion of the acquisition, SJM Resorts received the requisite approval from the Macau SAR Government to directly manage and operate Casino L'Arc Macau from 2 am tomorrow (30th), thereby enabling its continued operation under SJM Resorts.
