Trump Suggests Further Rate Cuts by Fed if Econ Does Well

US President Donald Trump posted on social media that he hopes the new Fed Chair will further lower interest rates, if economic conditions are favorable.

Trump noted that positive news would lead to a stock market rise in the past, but positive news now causes the stock market to fall, mainly because the market believes interest rates will be immediately raised to address potential inflation.
