HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) announced that Ann Godbehere, Senior Independent Director, will be stepping down as a Director and retire from the Board at its 2026 AGM.

The Company thanks Godbehere for her considerable contribution to the HSBC Board, Group Chair Brendan Nelson said.
