2025-12-23 09:15:18 Yang Jie has resigned from his positions as an Executive Director and the Chairman by reason of age with effective from yesterday (22nd), as announced by CHINA MOBILE (00941.HK). On the same day, Chen Zhongyue has taken over the aforementioned positions.
