Zhipu AI's HK IPO Receives CSRC Filing

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has issued a filing notice to Zhipu AI, the largest independent large language model (LLM) manufacturer in China, regarding its overseas issuance and listing, as well as the "full circulation" of domestic unlisted shares.

Zhipu AI plans to issue no more than 43.0324 million overseas-listed ordinary shares and list on the HKEX (00388.HK).
