TECHTRONIC IND to Voluntarily Terminate HART Biz by End-2025
2025-12-11 16:49:03 TECHTRONIC IND (00669.HK) announced that it will voluntarily terminate its HART business by the end of 2025, but will retain the HART brand in its product portfolio. Group Chief Executive Steven Philip Richman said the termination of the HART business will further strengthen TECHTRONIC IND's ability to meet its medium-term internal earnings targets and help maintain the potential for additional growth in the years ahead.
