BABA-W Sells 85% Stake in Turkish Local Consumer Service Biz Trendyol GO
2025-12-05 09:46:04 BABA-W (09988.HK) announced that it entered into a sales agreement in May 2025 to sell 85% of its stake in Trendyol GO, a local consumer service business operating in Turkey. The transaction involved a cash consideration of around USD700 million, equivalent to about RMB5 billion.
