CHINA CINDA Opens Up 7.3%; Subsidiary CINDA SECURITIES Said to Be Merged by CICC via Shr Exchanges
2025-11-20 09:28:15 CHINA CINDA (01359.HK) opened 7.26% higher this morning (20th) at HKD1.33, with pre-market trading volume of 35.7967 million shares, involving HKD47.6095 million. According to an announcement issued by CHINA CINDA, its subsidiary CINDA SECURITIES (601059.SH), listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, mentioned in a suspension announcement that CICC (03908.HK) (as one party) had signed a legally binding cooperation agreement with it and DONGXING SECURITIES (601198.SH) (as the other party). Under the agreement, CICC intends to proceed with the proposed merger through absorption and share exchanges.
