2025-11-07 15:24:54 Honda Motor (7267.JP), Japan's second-largest automaker, announced its interim results for the period ended 30 September 2025. Revenue decreased by 1.5% YoY to JPY10.63 trillion, while operating profit fell by 41% YoY to JPY438.144 billion. Net profit attributable to shareholders dropped by 37% YoY to JPY311.829 billion, with an EPS of JPY76.3. Due to US import tariffs on autos and one-off costs related to EVs, Honda Motor's operating profit for 2FQ ended September fell nearly 25% YoY to approx. JPY194 billion (about US$1.29 billion), below the market expectation of JPY212.1 billion.
