CCB Temporarily Suspends Acceptance of Yicunjin/ Other Biz
2025-11-03 17:06:19 Effective today (3rd), CCB (00939.HK)(601939.SH) will suspend processing applications for real-time purchases, new dollar-cost averaging purchases, physical gold redemption and others under its yicunjin (literal translation of "易存金") business, as announced by CCB. Existing customers' dollar-cost averaging plans, redemptions and account cancellation remain unaffected. Applications for converting personal gold savings into physical precious metals and exchanging account gold for physical precious metals are also suspended, though other personal gold savings services continue uninterrupted.
