ZIJIN GOLD INTL Completes Acquisition of Kazakhstan's Raygorodok Gold Mine
2025-10-13 09:59:52 ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK) and ZIJIN GOLD INTL (02259.HK) jointly announced that ZIJIN GOLD INTL proposed to acquire 100% interest in the Raygorodok Gold Mine project in Kazakhstan through its wholly-owned subsidiary. As all conditions precedent for the completion of the transaction had either been satisfied or waived, the transaction was completed on October 10, 2025. ZIJIN GOLD INTL is currently holding 100% interest in the Raygorodok Gold Mine. The company will speed up the feasibility study and increase the resources and reserves of the project.
