2025-09-19 10:28:49 Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee recently delivered his fourth Policy Address, BofA Securities released a research report saying. As expected by the market, no major stimulus measures was announced, but Lee focused on accelerating reforms and enhancing Hong Kong's economic competitiveness to address the years of sluggish economic growth following the pandemic. In the long term, the government's continuation of reform commitments made in recent years remains encouraging, BofA Securities added.
