CGS Completes Issuance of RMB5B Perpetual Subordinated Bonds
2025-09-18 17:27:53 CGS (06881.HK) has completed the public issuance of 2025 perpetual subordinated bonds (first tranche) today (18th), with an issue size of RMB5 billion, as announced by CGS. The price of the perpetual subordinated bonds shall be reset every five interest-accruing years, with the coupon rate during the first reset period being 2.4%.
