DONGFANG ELEC Expands Loss to 4%+ After Opening Lower on Shr Placement at ~8% Discount
2025-09-18 09:43:50 DONGFANG ELEC (01072.HK) announced plans to place 68 million shares at a price per share of $15.92, a discount of approx. 7.98% to the prior closing price of $17.3. The Company expected the net proceeds from the Placing to be approx. $1.075 billion, which will be used for research and development injection as well as expanding its sales channels. DONGFANG ELEC opened 1.16% lower today, and bottomed at $16.41 before its loss extended.
